Family members recommended Trade Cars Direct (Staffs) Limited as a place to visit for a new car, having already purchased two quality used cars from him over recent years. We purchased our 7-seater Golf Touran Sport 2.0 TDI, and as described on his website, it was in superb condition and immaculate throughout. Simon provided a great service, the car was ready to test drive when we arrived and paperwork was quick and easy to complete to drive away same day. Simon's specialty is of the V8 supercharged vehicles, to which he had an excellent portfolio of. If you are looking for quality used cars of a high calibre then this is the place to go. I bought a performance vehicle from Trade Cars, which represented a substantial financial outlay for me. I became aware of an occasional intermittent noise issue which came from the engine bay and was difficult to pin down. With Simon's help and his back-up the problem was sorted. Simon's handling of the issue was exemplary and I will have no hesitation in either sourcing other vehicles through him again in future, or in recommending his services to anyone else. A good honest trader.

We had been looking for a Volvo C30 2l diesel for sometime when we stumbled on Trade Cars Direct. We were a bit concerned that his Unit was not your typical showroom but nevertheless on assurances from Simon we arranged to pop over the same day to view the car. When we arrived the Unit was locked up but Simon arrived within a few minutes and bang on time.The car was immaculate & it was evident that a lot of work and elbow muscle had been used in making it just so; in fact we think Simon is a bit of a perfectionist! The Volvo was pristine inside and out. The engine ran like a dream. Simon allowed us to take it for a test drive. We loved the car so we paid a small deposit, agreed on a part-x price for our existing car and arranged to pick up the Volvo later in the week. On the whole our experience was a top one and even with one small problem to do with a missing spare key Simon went out of his way to get this resolved. if we could give Simon 7 stars out if 5 we would.

Ha ! Ha ! Only 7******* Well, what can I say after all we have been through you two??? Yes, That spare key did give me a headache or two, but fancy me giving away your key to another Volvo I Sold at auction ! Knowing how much It meant to David especially, I went on the hunt for It and tracked It down eventually In Tamworth ! I guarantee I won't be giving anymore away without trying them 1st . . . . Anyway, All's well that ends well and my only concern was you are both happy now ! Thank you for your trust In me and my Company In taking the car prior to swapping keys . . . .
