Spoke to Trade Cars Direct (Staffs) briefly through text in regards to a car he had up for sale. Agreed a price with him on the condition that the car was as described. Took the 2.5 hour drive up from Cardiff to go and see it and i was not disappointed! He was with some customers when we arrived but came over and introduced himself and gave us the keys and left us to have a thorough check over of the vehicle which was a nice touch. He let me take the car out for a test drive together, again he left me too it and wasn't pushy in any way, this really goes a long way. After telling him i was happy with it he let me sit in his office to phone the insurance company and was kind enough to show my dad around a Mustang he had for sale even though my dad said he had no intention of buying (he doesn't drive). The day after i even received a text from them just to see if everything was okay and to make sure that id received all the relevant emails in regards to warranty/change of ownership.

Family members recommended Trade Cars Direct (Staffs) Limited as a place to visit for a new car, having already purchased two quality used cars from him over recent years. We purchased our 7-seater Golf Touran Sport 2.0 TDI, and as described on his website, it was in superb condition and immaculate throughout. Simon provided a great service, the car was ready to test drive when we arrived and paperwork was quick and easy to complete to drive away same day.
